Dr. Hill is passionate about helping women discover their why, articulate who they are, and identify their life mission!

She's on a mission to give women the support and tools to take control of their personal and professional lives to achieve their life and financial goals.

​

Sheila earned her Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. Dr. Hill received her Doctorate in Theology with an emphasis on Leadership from Life Christian University. She was previously contracted as a Business Consultant for the Rock Valley College Small Business Development Center.  Dr. Hill is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member.

Dr. Sheila Hill received the Key to the city of Rockford and a proclamation naming October 29th Sheila Hill Day presented by the 41st Mayor of Rockford, IL, Thomas McNamara. She also received the State of Illinois Ceremonial Coin presented by State Representative Maurice West of the 67th House District. Dr. Hill was recognized for her innovative program development at the national level by the Illinois Public Health Association. She received the Young Worker Award for developing grassroots community-based and Faith-Based community initiatives to work on violence prevention and health issues. The Northern Illinois Minority Companies Association also awarded her the 2010 New Business of the Year award.

 

Dr. Hill co-founded Think Big, an entrepreneur and accelerator center providing business development and resources for minority and women-owned businesses.  She must recently co-founded Women & Wealth, a leadership and mentorship non-profit for women, where she encourage women to invest in the power to lead intentionally.  She is also the founder of the Girlfriends Network, an organization empowering women to identify who they are and their purpose in life.
